Graphic & Motion Designer (US Shift)

We are looking for a sharp, fast-moving Motion & Graphic Designer to join our US-shift creative team. Your mission as Creative Generalist is to take the baton during US hours: executing client feedback, modifying After Effects projects, tweaking Figma/Illustrator assets, and communicating directly with clients to resolve blockers and deliver polished updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Fast-Turnaround Revisions: Pick up open After Effects, Illustrator, and Figma project files to quickly execute client edits, script updates, text/animation tweaks, and UI replacements.
• Graphic & Asset Editing: Re-size, adapt, and update static graphic assets, whitepapers, social banners, and UI elements based on client feedback.
• Quality Assurance & Audio Polish: Re-render videos, ensure brand guideline consistency, fix audio/VO timing issues, and package final project files.
• Client & Workflow Support: Intercept client requests on review portals during US hours, request missing assets (demo credentials, Figma links, logos), and clear project roadblocks.
• File Management: Maintain clean project files and handoff notes so the day team can seamlessly pick up ongoing tasks.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in motion graphics and graphic design, with strong familiarity navigating and editing existing AE templates and vector files.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Figma (ability to open complex project files, swap assets, adjust keyframes, and export cleanly).
• Strong eye for detail: Ability to spot missed feedback, alignment issues, or typos before sending files back to the client.
• Solid written English: Comfortable posting polite, clear status updates and asset requests to clients on portal/Slack threads.
• Mandatory: Must be able to work US night shift hours (10 PM IST to 5 AM IST) from India.
• Bring Your Own Device (BYOD): High-performance workstation capable of smooth After Effects rendering, paired with high-speed internet.

• Compensation: ₹4,00,000 – ₹8,00,000 / year (commensurate with speed and skill)
