Job Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager with a deep understanding of how fintech products are built and used

You will work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to optimize existing products and develop new features. Core responsibilities include identifying customer needs, determining which problems are worth solving, and ensuring the team remains focused on the highest-priority initiatives.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys diving into the details, asks insightful questions, and is comfortable making decisions even when clear-cut answers are not readily available.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with customers and internal teams to define product requirements and identify areas for improvement.

Manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer needs and business objectives.

Work closely with engineers and designers throughout the entire product development lifecycle.

Draft clear product requirement documentation to ensure alignment on delivery goals.

Analyze customer feedback, product usage, and market trends to inform product decision-making.

Coordinate with sales, customer support, and implementation teams during the launch of new features.

Assist in resolving product issues and make pragmatic decisions when priorities shift.

Keep stakeholders updated on product progress, timelines, and potential challenges.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

5+ years of experience in product management; background in fintech or enterprise software is preferred.

Familiarity with investment management, financial data, portfolio management, or related financial systems is a plus.

Experience working directly with software engineering teams.

Ability to translate business requirements into clear, precise product specifications.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.

Sound judgment in balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and business priorities.

A proactive approach to taking ownership of projects and ensuring that commitments are successfully executed.

Pay: $170,000.00 - $238,000.00 per year
