We’re seeking an experienced Bilingual (English/Spanish) Senior Insurance Customer Service Professional who excels at resolving complex customer issues, developing others, and identifying opportunities for business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complex customer escalations involving billing, claims, policy servicing, and retention.
• De-escalate difficult situations while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Manage high-volume service requests, prioritize urgent matters, and ensure timely resolutions.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for auto, home, umbrella, landlord, and life insurance.
• Proactively conduct policy reviews to improve retention and identify coverage gaps.
• Serve as a go-to resource for teammates, providing coaching, training, and support.
• Help improve service workflows, turnaround times, and overall team performance.
• Collaborate with leadership to strengthen service operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
• 3+ years of insurance customer service experience, including handling customer escalations.
• Proven experience with customer retention, cross-selling, and identifying life insurance opportunities.
• Previous leadership, coaching, mentoring, or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of insurance billing, claims processes, and policy servicing.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain required licensing before performing licensed duties.
• Allstate experience strongly preferred.
• Proven remote work experience required for remote applicants.

Compensation & Benefits

• $55,000–$60,000 base salary + commission
• Opportunity to earn $100,000+ annually based on performance
