Remote Virtual Assistant – Outbond calls

Role Description This is a Part-time remote role for a Virtual Assistant – Outbound Calls. The Virtual Assistant will conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing potential customers, introduce company products and services, and follow up on leads provided by the sales and marketing teams. Daily tasks include qualifying leads, gathering client requirements, updating CRM or tracking systems, and scheduling follow-up calls or meetings for internal stakeholders.

The role also involves answering basic customer inquiries, providing accurate information, and escalating complex questions to the appropriate team members. The Virtual Assistant will collaborate with sales and operations staff, maintain detailed call records, and consistently meet call volume, quality, and responsiveness targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal English and active listening abilities.
• Experience in outbound calling, customer service, telemarketing, or sales support roles.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, call management tools, and basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, email, and online collaboration platforms).
• Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle high call volumes and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment, with reliable internet access and a professional workspace.
• Ability to quickly learn product details related to packaging solutions and communicate benefits clearly to customers.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail for accurately recording client information and following processes.
• Previous experience in packaging, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, food, or health-care industries is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, customer service, or communications is beneficial.

Working Hours

• Part-time remote position.
• Must be available during Australian business hours (AEST/AEDT).
