Role Description The AI Implementation Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for guiding clients and internal teams through the deployment and integration of AI solutions across various products and platforms. This role involves assessing business requirements, translating them into technical implementation plans, configuring AI tools and cloud-based services, and coordinating end-to-end rollout activities. The specialist will collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with venture and client objectives. Typical tasks include gathering and documenting requirements, managing implementation timelines, testing and validating AI models in production environments, and providing training and support to end users. The role also includes continuous improvement activities such as monitoring performance, identifying optimization opportunities, and contributing feedback to enhance future AI offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience with AI solution deployment, including configuring models, workflows, and integrations in cloud or hybrid environments.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern infrastructure practices such as APIs, microservices, and containerization.
• Ability to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into clear technical specifications and implementation plans.
• Skills in testing, validation, and performance monitoring of AI and data-driven systems, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.
• Comfort working remotely, managing multiple projects, and adapting to evolving priorities in a venture-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with data privacy, security, and responsible AI considerations when deploying intelligent systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline), or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in implementation consulting, solutions engineering, or technical project management is highly beneficial.
