Job Description

As a global leader in cybersecurity, CrowdStrike protects the people, processes and technologies that drive modern organizations. Since 2011, our mission hasn’t changed — we’re here to stop breaches, and we’ve redefined modern security with the world’s most advanced AI-native platform. We work on large scale distributed systems, processing almost 3 trillion events per day and this traffic is growing daily. Our customers span all industries, and they count on CrowdStrike to keep their businesses running, their communities safe and their lives moving forward. We’re proud to work for a mission-driven company leveraging AI to transform the way we work. CrowdStrikers drive their careers through flexibility and autonomy while also being expected to contribute to a culture of responsible AI adoption, experimentation, and innovation. We use an AI-first mindset as a force multiplier to proactively and continuously accelerate execution, build expertise, uncover insights, and solve complex problems. We’re always looking to add talented CrowdStrikers to the team who have limitless passion, a relentless focus on innovation and a fanatical commitment to our customers, our community and each other. Ready to join a mission that matters? The future of cybersecurity starts with you.

About the Role:

Falcon Complete is CrowdStrike’s Managed Detection and Response (MDR) service, and it runs on a set of purpose-built internal tools that our analysts depend on every hour of every day. We’re seeking an experienced, technical Senior Product Manager to drive the product strategy and roadmap for the internal platforms that power Falcon Complete’s operations — including our AI-native investigation and triage tooling, customer ticketing and case management systems, and the analyst workbench used to detect, investigate, and respond to threats at scale.

This is an internal-facing, operations-focused Product Management role. You will be the product voice of the SOC, Falcon Complete analyst and customer excellence teams, translating their workflow needs into a roadmap that improves detection & response speed, investigation quality, analyst efficiency, and customer outcomes. Here, your customers are the analysts, engineers, and operational leaders who deliver the service. You will work in close coordination with the Global Senior Manager, Product Management for Falcon Complete, and with Falcon Complete senior leadership, to ensure the internal capabilities roadmap converges into the broader Falcon Complete vision and strategy.

You will work closely with engineering, data science, Falcon Complete operations leadership, analysts, security advisors, and other product managers across the platform to define and deliver tooling that scales MDR operations without sacrificing quality. The successful candidate will be comfortable balancing the urgency of a 24/7 security operations environment with the discipline of a durable product roadmap, and will know when to drive decisions independently versus when to loop in senior stakeholders for alignment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Define and drive the product strategy, roadmap and delivery for Falcon Complete’s internal tooling, including AI-native investigation and triage, ticketing/case management, and the analyst workbench, in coordination with the Global Senior Manager, Product Management for Falcon Complete and senior leadership to ensure alignment with overall Falcon Complete product strategy
  • Partner closely with Falcon Complete operations leaders and analysts to deeply understand their day-to-day workflows, pain points, and unmet needs, and translate them into clear product requirements
  • Act as the product leader for initiatives that apply AI and automation to reduce analyst cycles, accelerate investigation and response times, and improve consistency of service delivery
  • Partner with engineering to prioritize, build, and ship features that improve detection triage, case workflows, operational reporting, and customer experiences
  • Define and track metrics that demonstrate the impact of tooling improvements on analyst productivity, response time, and customer outcomes
  • Engage with Falcon Complete operations, support, and other internal stakeholders to gather feedback on recent releases and shape future direction
  • Work on a team of high-performing professionals in a highly collaborative environment

What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with exposure to secur…
