Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Website QA Tester to test websites and web applications, identify bugs, and help ensure that our digital products function correctly.
This position is suitable for candidates with basic computer skills and an interest in software testing. Previous QA experience is an advantage, but entry-level candidates who are motivated and willing to learn are welcome.
Responsibilities
- Test websites and web applications to ensure features work as expected.
- Check links, buttons, forms, navigation, and page layouts.
- Identify, reproduce, and document bugs and technical issues.
- Test website functionality across different browsers and screen sizes.
- Verify that reported issues have been resolved.
- Check basic usability and consistency of the user interface.
- Prepare clear bug reports with steps to reproduce each issue.
- Communicate findings to developers and other team members.
- Retest websites after updates and bug fixes.
Requirements
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with websites and web browsers.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and document findings clearly.
- Basic written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn testing methods and new software tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks.
Previous experience in website testing, software QA, IT support, or technical support is a plus but is not required.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or bug-tracking tools is beneficial but not mandatory.
Training and Candidate Assessment
Candidates may be asked to complete a practical, job-related assessment before employment begins. The assessment may involve testing a sample website, identifying issues, and documenting the results.
Selected candidates will receive training on our testing procedures, reporting standards, internal tools, and workflows.
We do not expect candidates to know everything from day one. We value reliability, curiosity, attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly.
How to Apply
Please submit your résumé and briefly describe any experience you have with websites, software testing, bug reporting, or technical support.
If you do not have formal work experience, you may describe a personal project, relevant course, or example of how you tested a website or identified a technical issue.
We welcome motivated candidates who are eager to develop their QA skills and contribute to the quality and reliability of web applications.
