Job Title: Graphics & Art Design Operator

Location(s): Peachtree Corners, GA

(Remote) Position Overview We are seeking a Literature Design Specialist to create, develop, update, and maintain marketing and design materials, including brochures, flyers, and other customer-facing literature, in accordance with established corporate branding and design standards. This role goes beyond traditional graphic design, with a strong focus on the production of high-quality marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency, accuracy, and professional presentation.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience producing marketing literature for large corporate or industrial organizations, expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft PowerPoint, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently while meeting strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain marketing and design materials, including brochures, flyers, technical literature, and other customer-facing collateral.
• Ensure all materials comply with established branding guidelines, design standards, templates, and visual identity requirements.
• Use Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft PowerPoint to develop and refine professional marketing materials.
• Review and proofread materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, quality, and error-free presentation.
• Apply strong design principles, content organization, and visual hierarchy to produce clear, professional, and engaging marketing literature.
• Execute design and production tasks efficiently with minimal supervision while following established creative direction and stakeholder feedback.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize assignments, and meet tight deadlines.
• Maintain consistency across all marketing materials while ensuring compliance with established design processes and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, and strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proven experience designing and producing marketing literature, brochures, flyers, and other corporate marketing materials.
• Experience supporting large corporate or industrial organizations with established branding and design standards.
• Strong understanding of corporate branding guidelines, design templates, visual standards, and marketing collateral production.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality control.
• Strong understanding of content organization, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy in professional marketing materials.
• Ability to work efficiently, maintain high productivity, and follow established processes and creative direction.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to work remotely during standard business hours, either 8:00 AM-5:00 PM EST or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM CST.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working with established corporate design standards and templates.
• Prior experience supporting internal design or marketing teams within large organizations.

• This is a remote contract position with no travel requirements.
• The role may offer an opportunity to convert to a permanent position based on individual performance and team needs.
• Candidates with prior experience working with established corporate branding and design standards are preferred.
