Luxury Store Manager

A prestigious luxury fashion house is seeking an experienced Flagship Store Manager to lead its flagship London store in the heart of the West End.

This is a unique opportunity to join a renowned luxury brand with a strong family-led culture, where craftsmanship, exceptional client service and long-term relationships are central to everything they do. Working closely with senior leadership and the founding family, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial performance while delivering an outstanding experience to an exclusive VIP and VIC clientele.

The RoleAs Flagship Store Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and performance of the London flagship store. You will lead a small, hands on team.

This is a highly visible, hands-on position that requires a strong presence on the shop floor. You will be responsible for building meaningful relationships with VIP and VIC clients, developing clienteling strategies, driving repeat business and ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s exceptional standards. Alongside the customer experience, you will oversee all operational aspects of the store, including team management, sales performance, CRM activity and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing luxury retail team.
• Drive sales performance and deliver commercial objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP and VIC clients.
• Ensure an exceptional, personalised customer experience at every touchpoint.
• Champion clienteling initiatives and maximise CRM opportunities.
• Oversee all store operations, procedures and standards.
• Collaborate closely with the atelier and workshop teams to deliver a seamless customer journey.
• Maintain the highest standards of presentation, service and brand representation.
• Act as a key ambassador for the brand within the luxury retail community.

About You

We are seeking an established luxury retail leader with a proven track record of managing premium customer relationships and delivering exceptional service standards.

You will bring:

• Previous experience managing a luxury fashion or luxury accessories store.
• Strong experience working with VIP and VIC clientele.
• A hands-on leadership style with a visible presence on the sales floor.
• Experience leading and developing smaller, high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial awareness and operational management skills.
• Experience using CRM platforms to drive customer engagement and retention.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
• Passion for luxury craftsmanship, client experience and brand excellence.

Experience gained within luxury boutique environments is preferred.
