We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead digital customer experience products from strategy through execution. You’ll help shape the product roadmap, prioritize features, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing global digital products from concept through delivery , translating business and customer needs into impactful product strategies, and leading cross-functional teams in an Agile environment .

• 👥 Lead cross-functional Agile teams
• 💡 Translate customer needs into product solutions
• 📊 Define features, priorities & success metrics
• 🤝 Partner with technical, marketing & business teams
• 🚀 Drive releases and product improvements

✅ What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree + 5+ years of experience
• 5+ years in Product Manager/Product Owner Agile roles
• Experience with digital products & customer experience
• Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
• Knowledge of IT systems, web or CRM platforms preferred
• Medical Device experience is a plus
• SAFe or diabetes experience is a plus
