Duties

• Engage with clients via phone and email to answer inquiries about insurance policies, claims, and billing.
• Assist customers in understanding their coverage options and help them select suitable insurance plans.
• Process data entry accurately into our systems, ensuring all client information is up-to-date and compliant with regulations.
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on policy renewals, customer satisfaction surveys, or new product offerings.
• Make payments for clients via i-pad or computer programs.
• Provide excellent customer support by resolving issues promptly and professionally using effective phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, updates, and service requests to ensure seamless client communication and organizational efficiency.
• Qualifications
• Previous call center experience or customer support background preferred; strong phone communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook; technical proficiency is a plus.
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry and record keeping.
• Ability to problem-solve customer issues efficiently while maintaining positive client relationships.
• Knowledge of insurance products or sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for licensed applicants.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service standards.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
