Through Staffline and Frontline, formerly known as Intake360, we provide dedicated staffing and 24/7 live intake support for U.S.-based law firms. Our team helps firms respond faster, stay organized, and build reliable support systems around their daily work.

We’re growing our remote team and looking for reliable, skilled professionals who want to build long-term careers supporting law firms.

Overview

We are looking for four experienced Legal Assistants to support a U.S.-based personal injury law firm with case management, client communication, documentation, and ongoing case coordination.

This opportunity is open to English-speaking candidates based in the Philippines with prior experience handling U.S. personal injury cases.

We are considering candidates with general personal injury case management experience, as well as those with more specialized knowledge in:

• Medical Liens: Understanding liens related to personal injury settlements, including medical bills, lien tracking, and lien resolution.

• Premises Liability: Familiarity with personal injury claims involving accidents or injuries caused by unsafe or defective conditions on someone else’s property.

Experience with medical liens or premises liability is highly preferred for certain openings but is not required for every position. Candidates with general personal injury case management experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate personal injury cases, ensuring timely progress through established case workflows

• Communicate with clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other involved parties

• Monitor case progress, medical treatment updates, outstanding records, and follow-up requirements

• Request, collect, review, and organize medical records, bills, insurance documents, and supporting case materials

• Track case deadlines, outstanding tasks, and important milestones to ensure timely follow-up

• Maintain accurate case notes, documentation, and status updates in the firm’s case management system

• Assist with insurance-related correspondence, claim documentation, and case preparation

• Coordinate with attorneys and other legal team members to address missing information and keep cases moving forward

• Identify and escalate case issues, documentation gaps, and matters requiring attorney review

• Provide general legal administrative and case management support as needed

Required Skills and Experience

• Prior experience supporting U.S. personal injury cases in a legal assistant, case manager, or similar legal support role

• Experience managing or coordinating personal injury cases, including client follow-up, documentation, and case tracking

• Familiarity with personal injury case workflows and legal terminology

• Experience communicating with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, or other case-related parties

• Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, follow-ups, and documentation accurately

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Schedule and Benefits

• Full-time remote opportunity

• Schedule depends on client needs and will follow U.S. time zones

• Must have a reliable device, stable internet connection, and quiet remote work setup.

• PTO, referral incentives, and bonuses where applicable
