Job Description
We’re a AAA insurance office in Richton Park, IL, growing fast. We need someone to own servicing so nothing slips through the cracks. What you’ll do: - Handle the day-to-day for our clients: endorsements, billing questions, policy changes, renewal follow-ups - Answer calls and texts fast, keep notes current - Help with quoting (gathering info, dec pages) so our producers can sell - Keep the follow-up pipeline tidy What you need: - Organized, responsive, good on the phone — you follow up without being chased - Insurance office experience preferred - IL P&C license preferred, not required — coverage questions go to a licensed producer - Quiet workspace, reliable internet - Guidewire experience preferred — our servicing runs on Guidewire. Pay: $19/hour, part-time, 25 hours a week. W-2, paid biweekly. Bonus tied to retention, reviewed quarterly. To apply: send a short note on your license status and service experience.
