Job Description
Role: Instructional Designer
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6 Month (Contract)
Seeking a modern, innovative digital learning expert—not a traditional classroom or compliance-based instructional designer.
Hands-on Development (40%): Create interactive modules, webinars, videos, simulations, assessments, and learning templates.
Learning Strategy (30%): Establish a Learning Experience Design Center of Excellence (COE), standards, and design processes.
Continuous Improvement (30%): Measure learning effectiveness, analyze feedback, track KPIs, and maintain content.
Required Tools: Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, SCORM Cloud, PowerPoint, and multimedia authoring tools.
Technical Skills: JavaScript extensions, xAPI, cmi5, LMS integration, SCORM, and Blender.
Innovation: Experience with AI-powered learning solutions, vibe coding, and emerging digital learning technologies.
Accessibility: Ensure ADA compliance, closed captioning, and compatibility with LMS and knowledge management systems.
Experience: 5+ years in digital instructional design; K–12 educator training experience preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Additional Requirement: Use data-driven strategies to improve business outcomes; willingness to travel 4–6 times annually.
