In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, accessible, and visually seamless digital experiences. You will partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX Specialists, to translate complex user needs and business requirements into elegant design solutions.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration and Handoff: Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and domain experts to clarify requirements, shape product solutions, and advocate for the user throughout the development process. Prepare clear, structured design specifications and support material for Frontend Developers.
  • Design System Contribution: Apply existing design patterns and components consistently across the product. Contribute to the ongoing development, documentation, and improvement of the team’s design system and component library as the initiative evolves.

  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating your problem-solving approach and design process. We are particularly interested in case studies that show how you understood a problem, explored different solutions, collaborated with others, and arrived at a final design.
  • Education: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Design Tools: Strong proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, design documentation, and collaboration.
