A bit about us: I’m working with a well-established automotive CRM company that is looking to bring on a Product Manager to help lead the dealership service-side functionality of its platform.

This person will help oversee and shape product features built for dealership service departments, including workflows tied to appointment scheduling, repair orders, technician dispatching, service lane tools, customer engagement, and AI-enabled automation.

The ideal background would be one of two profiles:

A proven Product Manager with experience building or supporting automotive dealership service functionality within a CRM, DMS, fixed-ops, or dealership technology platform.

Or, an experienced dealership Service Manager / Fixed Ops leader who has been a strong adopter of technology, regularly provides feedback to CRM or DMS vendors, understands what works and what does not inside a service department, and is passionate about helping build a better service product for dealerships.

This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who understands dealership service operations and wants to help shape how technology supports the next generation of fixed ops.

Why join us?

  • Negotiable Base Salary plus bonuses
  • A growing engineering team with strong engineers that enjoy what they do
  • Comprehensive benefits package with PTO, 401k with 4%match, Insurance, etc.
  • Accelerated Career Growth
