The Big Task for a Customer Service Representative

You will promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.

Key Sub Tasks for a Customer Service Representative

• You will need to learn the call script in order to sound professional and authentic when speaking with our customers.
• Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
• Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.
• Maintain communication with dispatch and your manager.

Pay

$23.00-$26.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus 1.5x overtime pay.

Schedule

• Full-Time (40 Hours Per Week), with Part-Time schedules considered.
• Minimum of 8 hours required on both Saturday and Sunday, with shifts between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
• Flexible weekday scheduling, with an emphasis on evening hours and the option for daytime or afternoon shifts.
• Opportunity to build a consistent schedule around your availability and the needs of the business.

Work Location

Remote following four weeks of in-office training (9:00 AM-5:00 PM), with quarterly in-office meetings required.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
