About the Opportunity:

The CURRICULUM DEVELOPER is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying technical and solution training materials for the organization, its partners, and customers. This role collaborates cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and services teams to create effective learning assets that support the organization’s educational objectives and enablement strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Select student personas for curriculum design
• Choose appropriate learning modalities such as eLearning, video, instructor-led sessions, and certifications
• Define learning objectives and outcomes
• Plan curriculum projects and coordinate with subject matter experts
• Develop videos, HTML, PDF assets, presentation materials, and courseware templates
• Construct sample systems for training purposes
• Manage curriculum lifecycle, including reviewing feedback, updating materials, and communicating progress

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree related to industry or role
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Strong written English skills with ability to simplify complex technical concepts
• Experience in documentation development and management within a software company or center of excellence
• Technical proficiency with software tools, including operation, configuration, and extension (excluding programming)
• Preferred: experience with industrial automation or manufacturing software
• Preferred: experience in delivering or executing training

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• USD 85000 - USD 95000 yearly
