Job Description
For SAP roles, the most important aspect is the candidate’s hands-on experience in the specific SAP module with Generative AI mentioned in the JD, such as SAP SD, MM, FICO, CRM, PP, SuccessFactors, ABAP, or Basis. A strong candidate should have worked on end-to-end project activities including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support. Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred across most SAP positions, as many organizations are migrating from ECC to S/4HANA. Candidates should also possess integration knowledge with related SAP modules and third-party systems, along with a solid understanding of business processes relevant to their functional area. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are essential, as SAP professionals often work closely with business users and cross-functional teams. Additional value can come from certifications, cloud experience, AI-assisted productivity tools, analytics exposure, or expertise in newer SAP technologies such as SAP BTP
