You’ll also collaborate closely with our existing Executive Assistant, who supports other members of the executive team, to ensure seamless coordination across leadership.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, takes initiative, anticipates needs, and enjoys finding solutions before problems arise. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, adaptable, discreet, and energized by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

  • Coordinate leadership meetings, offsites, events, and special projects as needed
  • Manage expenses, reimbursements, and administrative processes
  • Maintain organized files, documents, contacts, and productivity systems
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
  • Take ownership of ad hoc projects and evolving administrative needs as the business grows

Who You Are

  • A self-starter who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and thrives with a high level of ownership
  • Resourceful and solutions-oriented, with the ability to think ahead and solve problems independently
  • Comfortable with the pace, ambiguity, and evolving priorities of a fast-growing startup
  • An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and exceptional follow-through
  • Highly trustworthy, discreet, and comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and able to remain calm and focused when priorities shift
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while also being available for in-person collaboration as needed
  • Curious, engaged, and excited to learn from and contribute to a growing business

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally at the CEO or C-suite level
  • Experience managing complex executive calendars, travel, and scheduling across multiple time zones
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and maintain a high level of responsiveness
  • Flexibility to accommodate executive schedules and occasional business needs outside standard working hours
