Bilingual Remote Administrative Assistant (English/Spanish)

About Us
Flourishing Hearts Academy is a growing ABA therapy company serving children and families in South Florida. We also run Aprende ABA, a Spanish-language RBT/BCBA exam prep program for future behavior technicians. We’re looking for an organized, warm and reliable bilingual assistant to be the first point of contact for our families, students, job candidates and community.

Schedule

• 3 hours per day, Monday–Friday
• 3 hours on 2 Saturdays per month
• Flexible: work any time between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM EST, on a schedule we agree on together
• Part-time, with the opportunity for more hours as the company grows

Responsibilities

Flourishing Hearts Academy

• Answer phone calls, emails and text messages in English and Spanish, and return missed calls during your shift
• Contact new families and follow up with current families
• Monitor insurance authorizations and incoming emails, and flag updates to the director
• Reach out to job candidates and complete initial pre-screening
• Respond to messages on our Instagram and Facebook accounts

Aprende ABA

• Answer WhatsApp chats and calls from current and prospective students
• Share course and enrollment information and follow up with interested students

Both

• Create marketing materials (social media posts, flyers) using provided templates and guidance
• Provide general administrative support as needed

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish, spoken and written
• Florida resident with work authorization
• Professional, friendly phone and written communication
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Comfortable with email, Google/Microsoft tools and social media
• Reliable computer, internet connection and a quiet, private workspace
• Able to keep family and client information strictly confidential

Preferred

• No experience is needed, willing to train the right candidate.
