AI/Automation Support Engineer - Professional Services Firm
You are supporting AI agents and workflow automation across the business, using Microsoft Power Automate as your primary tool. You know how these systems behave, you can read what is going wrong, and you have the hands-on experience to resolve it without needing to be walked through the process. This is a fast paced environment looking for someone who can come in and add value quickly.
This is fully remote on ET or CT time zones. The contract that runs for an initial three to six months which chance of extension.
When it comes to what you bring, you have solid experience maintaining, diagnosing, and fixing existing bots. You are comfortable across AI agent support and workflow automation, and Microsoft Power Automate is a tool you know well.
Must be based in the United States on ET or CT time zones.
