Job Overview:

NAVP Consultancy is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer cum Video Editor who can create visually appealing designs and engaging video content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and brand promotions. The ideal candidate should have a strong creative sense, proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools, and the ability to transform content ideas into impactful visual stories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design creative social media posts, carousels, banners, brochures, presentations, and promotional creatives.
• Create and edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and marketing videos.
• Develop visual concepts and creative assets aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Edit raw footage, add transitions, animations, text overlays, music, sound effects, and motion graphics.
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to develop creative campaigns and social media content.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, colours, and visual communication.
• Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, video editing techniques, and social media formats.
• Handle multiple projects, incorporate feedback, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
• Organise design files, video footage, and final creative assets efficiently.

Required Skills & Software Knowledge:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Canva.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, colour theory, and composition.
• Experience in short-form video editing, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital content formats.
• Creativity, attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field is preferred.
• Freshers with strong creative skills and a good portfolio may apply.
• Prior experience in graphic design and video editing will be an advantage.
• A portfolio showcasing design work and video editing projects is preferred.
