Salesforce Developer. Jr./Mid/Sr. - U.S Citizen & DOD clearance

Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and skilled Salesforce Developers (Junior, Mid-Level, and Senior) to design, develop, enhance, and support Salesforce solutions for enterprise and government-focused environments. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects involving Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom platform development.

Depending on experience level, candidates will contribute to solution design, development, integrations, customization, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of Salesforce applications. You will work closely with business stakeholders, administrators, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions that meet organizational objectives.

Duties

• Assist in developing and maintaining Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration tools.
• Support customization of objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
• Participate in requirements gathering, testing, debugging, and issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Create technical documentation and assist with deployment activities.
• Collaborate with senior developers and administrators to implement business requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices and coding standards.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, and integrations.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop and optimize integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and improve application performance.
• Support CI/CD processes utilizing Git, Salesforce DevOps tools, and deployment pipelines.
• Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation and platform enhancements.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to solution architecture discussions.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance as needed.
• Lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions and enterprise integrations.
• Architect scalable applications leveraging Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Design integration strategies using RESTful APIs, middleware, and enterprise integration frameworks.
• Lead solution reviews, performance optimization initiatives, and security assessments.
• Establish development standards, governance processes, and deployment strategies.
• Collaborate with architects, project managers, and business leaders to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Mentor development teams and drive adoption of Agile and DevOps practices.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Salesforce Flows, and platform customization.
• Experience developing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Proficiency with Git, deployment tools, and CI/CD processes.
• Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, security model, and governor limits.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Salesforce certifications preferred (Platform Developer I, Administrator, etc.).
• Expert-level proficiency in Apex, LWC, Salesforce architecture, integrations, and platform design.
• Experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementations and development teams.
• Strong proficiency in cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure along with cloud architecture design principles.
