• We’re seeking a Remote Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative to support commercial lines operations, with a focus on certificates of insurance and contract compliance. This is a detail-driven role where accuracy, organization, and communication are critical. You will work closely with account managers and producers to ensure policies meet contractual requirements while helping protect both clients and the agency. This is a fully remote, Monday-through-Friday role.

Requirements

• Active Property and Casualty license
• Prior commercial insurance experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to interpret insurance contracts and requirements
• Team-oriented with strong accountability
• Applied Epic experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a book of commercial insurance accounts.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, carriers, and producers.
• Coordinate renewals, remarketing, and policy reviews.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and audits.
• Prepare proposals, coverage comparisons, and account documentation.
• Maintain accurate client records and activities in Epic.
• Respond promptly to client service requests and coverage questions.
• Build strong relationships with clients and carrier partners.
• Collaborate with producers and team members to support client retention and growth.
