Job Description :

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, administration, CI/CD, and API integrations.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and map business requirements to Salesforce solutions.
• Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud using declarative tools.
• Develop Apex, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce.
• Design and implement REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, fix bugs, and provide application support.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, source control, deployments, and release management.
• Work with development teams using Agile methodologies.
• Ensure Section 508 accessibility compliance.
• Support end users and implement enhancements.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of enterprise-level Salesforce development experience.
• Active Salesforce certification (Administrator or higher).
• Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Experience with Salesforce CLI/SFDX, VS Code, Data Loader, Git, or Bitbucket.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security, data management, reports, dashboards, and sandbox environments.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and automated testing tools.
• Experience with Section 508 compliance and release management.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with JIRA or Agile Accelerator.
• U.S. Federal Government project experience.
