What we’re looking for

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, US-designed DTC apparel brand that creates built-in bra tank tops for women over 50 (no underwire, no clasps, no bra bands). The brand spends over $1.5M a month on US ads, and every single one is an AI-generated video. Now they need a editor who can take a script and a folder of footage and return a finished ad that’s ready to run.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own ads end to end, from brief to final cut, with close to zero back and forth.
• Produce hyper-realistic AI UGC and animation ads averaging around 2 minutes, delivering 8 finished ads per week as your baseline and building toward 10.
• Decide how the story gets told, challenging the brief and building the stronger version when you see a better hook or structure.
• Turn around new versions quickly when performance data calls for it, so winning angles scale and weak ones get replaced.
• Review junior editors’ cuts and give feedback that visibly raises the quality of their work.

Requirements

• Senior-level video editing experience, working independently from script and raw footage to final cut.
• A portfolio of hyper-realistic AI UGC ads that ran with real ad spend, and the ability to explain which performed and why.
• Fluency with AI video and image generation tools (Google Omni Flash, GPT image generation, NBP, Seedance 2.0 / 2.5), plus the speed to pick up new ones as they launch.
• Excellent English, with a sharp ear for when a line sounds wrong or a clip doesn’t match the copy.
• Experience reviewing or giving feedback on other editors’ work.
• The ability to hit the ground running without onboarding and apply a correction once so it never needs repeating.

• A background with DTC brands running heavy AI creative.
• A track record of ads that became consistent winners in high-spend ad accounts.
