Microsoft 365 Copilot Change & Adoption Specialist

For one of my customer we are looking for a Microsoft 365 Copilot Change & Adoption Specialist.

Location: Europe(100% remote)

Duration: 3+ months(renewable)

Description:

Working closely with the AI Change Lead, you will translate the change and adoption strategy into practical communications, user journeys, onboarding activities, training and engagement initiatives. Your initial focus will be supporting pilot and beta user communities around selected business use cases, followed by a broader rollout.

This is an execution-focused role for someone who combines practical Copilot expertise with strong communication, content creation and facilitation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Copilot adoption: Bring practical Microsoft 365 Copilot expertise and recommendations informed by previous enterprise deployment experience.
• Coordinate user onboarding: Develop clear user journeys and onboarding activities that help pilot and beta users get started.
• Create adoption content: Independently produce high-quality presentations, communications, training materials, user guides and other adoption resources.
• Facilitate training: Prepare and deliver engaging onboarding, awareness and training sessions for international audiences.
• Drive user engagement: Help employees understand how Copilot can support selected business use cases and everyday activities.
• Gather feedback: Design and run surveys, interviews and other feedback activities, translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Monitor adoption: Support the definition and tracking of adoption indicators, analyse engagement and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Continuously improve: Adapt content and activities based on user feedback, adoption data, new Copilot capabilities and evolving rollout priorities.
• Collaborate across teams: Work closely with the AI Change Lead, Microsoft 365/Copilot teams, technical and product stakeholders, and business representatives.
• Provide proactive advice: Recommend improvements based on Copilot expertise, market practices and previous deployment experience, while remaining aligned with the AI Change Lead’s strategic direction.

Skills and Experience

• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot and practical experience supporting enterprise adoption.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex or technical information.
• Proven ability to independently create polished presentations, training materials and user communications.
• Confidence facilitating live onboarding and training sessions for international audiences.
• A user-focused approach, adapting guidance to different needs and experience levels.
• Strong analytical skills to turn feedback and adoption data into practical improvements.
• A proactive, delivery-focused mindset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across Change, Product, AI/IT and business teams.
• Adaptability in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities.
• Ability to manage assigned workstreams independently while maintaining alignment with the AI Change Lead.
