Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate executives’ schedules, meetings, and communications efficiently
• Prepare and organize important documents, reports, and correspondence
• Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting
• Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required
• Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting
