Senior Copilot Studio Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Copilot Studio Developer with 7+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI-powered conversational solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate Cloud Flows, Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, and enterprise application integrations. The candidate will be responsible for building scalable AI-driven solutions, automating business processes, integrating enterprise systems, and supporting end-to-end solution deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered conversational agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Build and manage complex Power Automate Cloud Flows for business process automation.
• Configure generative AI capabilities, knowledge sources, conversational topics, and agent actions.
• Design and manage Microsoft Dataverse tables, relationships, security roles, and business rules.
• Develop and maintain Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Power Apps.
• Integrate Copilot Studio with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, REST APIs, custom connectors, and external enterprise systems.
• Implement authentication, authorization, security, and governance best practices.
• Manage solution packaging, environment configurations, deployments, and release management.
• Participate in the complete SDLC, including development, testing, UAT, production deployment, and support.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver effective AI-powered solutions.
• Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and maintain technical documentation.

Required Technical Skills:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Expertise in Power Automate Cloud Flows and workflow automation.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, including data modeling, relationships, business rules, and security.
• Experience developing Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Power Apps.
• Experience integrating SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, HTTP actions, and custom connectors.
• Understanding of generative AI, conversational AI, and AI-powered business solutions.
• Knowledge of Power Platform ALM, managed and unmanaged solutions, environment management, and deployment pipelines.
• Experience with SDLC, Agile/Scrum, debugging, and production support.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Power Pages and AI Builder.
• Exposure to Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Services.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, or C#.
• Experience with GitHub, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform, Copilot Studio, or Azure AI.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Pay: Up to ₹90,000.00 per month
