Job Summary

We are looking for a Production Support Engineer with strong experience in AWS Cloud Support, Java Spring Boot applications, and SQL databases. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution, application support, root cause analysis, and ensuring the stability and availability of production systems.

The ideal candidate should have experience supporting cloud-hosted applications, handling production incidents, analyzing logs, and collaborating with development and infrastructure teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Java-based applications hosted on AWS.
• Monitor application health, system performance, and business-critical services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
• Analyze application logs, server logs, and database issues.
• Support deployment activities and release management processes.
• Work with development teams to resolve recurring production issues.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests through ticketing tools.
• Monitor AWS infrastructure and application services.
• Create and maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in on-call support and production release activities.
