We are looking for a Design System Designer to join an international team responsible for developing modern digital products used by customers around the world.

In this role, you will help build and evolve a central Design System used across multiple products and teams. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys systems thinking, cares deeply about the quality of components, and thrives at the intersection of design and technology.

You will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the standardization of user experiences and contribute to the development of AI-supported solutions.

Your tasks

• Building and evolving component libraries and reusable design patterns in Figma
• Defining and maintaining design tokens, variables, and design standards
• Standardizing UX/UI patterns and ensuring consistency across products
• Collaborating closely with engineering teams on component design and implementation
• Creating Design System documentation and supporting adoption across multiple teams
• Contributing to the evolution of a shared Design System used across multiple products

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or Design Systems
• Hands-on experience building, maintaining, or scaling Design Systems used across multiple products, teams, or platforms
• Strong expertise in Figma, including Components, Auto Layout, and Design Libraries
• Experience creating and managing component libraries, design tokens, and reusable design patterns
• Solid understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and scalable design principles
• Fluent English and Polish communication skills (spoken and written)
• Residency in Poland
