We are an Australian-based Quantity Surveying consultancy providing cost planning, quantity take-off and construction cost management services across Australia.

We are expanding our remote QS team in the Philippines and looking for motivated, reliable individuals who are passionate about construction and cost management.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS

Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Graduate QS

• Monthly Pay: ₱15,000–₱20,000
• Open to graduates and entry-level candidates with less than one year of experience.

Quantity Surveyor

• Monthly Pay: ₱25,000–₱35,000
• Minimum 2 years of relevant QS or estimating experience (ideally 2–5 years)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry out quantity take-offs using CostX or Bluebeam Revu.
• Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and pre-tender estimates.
• Assist with high-level cost plans for Development Applications (DA).
• Review architectural, structural, civil and landscaping drawings.
• Assist with monthly progress claim assessments using site photos and supporting documents.
• Assist with variation assessments and builder/subcontractor quotation reviews.
• Prepare cost reports in Excel, Word and PDF.
• Support project documentation, team coordination and regular progress discussions.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Graduate QS

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Genuine interest in construction measurement and cost management.
• Willingness to learn Australian QS standards and software.
• Previous QS or estimating experience is an advantage but not essential.

Quantity Surveyor

• Minimum 2 years of relevant QS or estimating experience.
• Experience preparing detailed quantity take-offs and BOQs.

• Experience measuring building trades, including:

  • Structural: Concrete, reinforcement, formwork and structural steel
  • Architectural & Fit-out: Partitions, ceilings, roofing, cladding, doors, windows, joinery, tiling and finishes
  • Early Works: Excavation, shoring and site preparation
  • Civil & Landscaping: Earthworks, roadworks, stormwater drainage, landscaping and subdivision works
• Experience working for a QS consultancy, builder or estimating company is preferred.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Experience using CostX, PlanSwift or Bluebeam is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are essential.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, accountability and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to support the team and occasionally work additional hours during busy project periods.
