The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, developing, and enhancing SPM capabilities while leveraging AI-powered tools and platform innovations to improve delivery efficiency and business outcomes.
• This role requires deep expertise in ServiceNow SPM modules, platform development, integrations, automation, reporting, and modern AI-assisted development practices.
