Marketing Operations Manager

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to help strengthen the systems, processes and insights that enable our marketing teams to deliver effective, measurable campaigns.

The Opportunity This is an opportunity to play a central role in the operational delivery of marketing at a fast-growing, international business. You’ll help connect marketing strategy with execution, making sure our teams have the tools, data and processes they need to work efficiently and demonstrate impact.

Working closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, Technology and regional teams, you’ll manage marketing technology and workflows, improve campaign operations and support accurate performance reporting. You’ll identify opportunities to make our marketing processes more scalable, consistent and effective across markets.

What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a structured, analytical Marketing Operations Manager who enjoys improving how marketing works. You’ll be comfortable managing systems and processes, working with data and collaborating with stakeholders across a global organisation.

You’ll bring:

• Experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, campaign operations or a related role.
• Experience managing and improving marketing workflows, processes and technology to support campaign delivery.
• Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM platforms and campaign management tools.
• The ability to support campaign planning, execution, tracking and performance reporting across multiple channels.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience using marketing data to measure results, identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Excellent organisation and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands and deliver to deadlines.
• Confidence working with cross-functional and international stakeholders, and communicating operational requirements clearly.
• A detail-focused approach to data quality, documentation, process consistency and compliance.
• A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in using technology and insight to make marketing more effective.
