Junior Product Manager - Jira, Sql, Remote

What you will be doing:

- Ticket and backlog quality

Sprint readiness for the engineering team: acceptance criteria, step-by-step testing instructions, edge cases called out, and an assignee set before planning day. Tickets going to our distributed engineers need more detail.

Bug backlog hygiene: correct triage against the published severity rubric, dedupe against existing known errors, escalate what should escalate, retire what is needed.

Enriching support-originated tickets so engineering receives a reproducible defect.

Release and customer communications

Release notes as the single source of truth, internal and external.

Customer newsletter and help-site article production, grounded in what shipped.

Enablement material for Support, Sales and Account Management when a feature reaches beta or GA.

Discovery and delivery support

Assembling the evidence behind a scoping decision: Jira history, Salesforce case and revenue data, competitive checks.

Drafting sections of solution briefs and PRDs for senior review.

Running standing team ceremonies so the senior PM is not a single point of failure on delivery.

What you need:

-1+ yrs in product, product operations, technical support, implementation, or business analysis

-Demonstrated writing experience

-Fluent in a ticketing system (Jira or equivalent)

-Sql, Jql or Soql

-B2B SaaS experience, inventory, ERP, WMS, supply chain or manufacturing exposure is a plus
