About Us

Reshape Aesthetics is a luxury, nurse-led medical aesthetics brand operating in London and New York. We specialise in facial balancing, advanced injectable treatments and delivering exceptional client experiences.

We are looking for a creative, experienced and commercially driven Social Media & Content Manager to take ownership of our social media presence and help grow our brand across the UK and USA.

We want someone who can create high-quality content, introduce fresh ideas and develop strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement and client bookings.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Manage Instagram, TikTok and other relevant social media platforms.
• Develop and implement social media strategies for our UK and US audiences.
• Create and manage monthly content calendars.
• Schedule posts, reels and stories.
• Maintain a consistent luxury brand identity across all platforms.

Content Creation & Filming

• Attend our London clinic regularly to film treatments, behind-the-scenes footage and educational content.
• Plan and organise content days with the clinical team.
• Film and edit high-quality reels, videos and promotional content.
• Create graphics, carousels and engaging social media posts.
• Write compelling captions aligned with our luxury brand.
• Coordinate with our New York team to obtain content remotely.

Marketing & Business Growth

• Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement and bookings.
• Identify social media trends and introduce creative campaign ideas.
• Support promotional launches and marketing campaigns.
• Identify opportunities for influencer collaborations and partnerships.
• Work closely with the Business Operations Manager to achieve marketing objectives.

KPIs & Reporting

• Monitor follower growth, reach, engagement and enquiries.
• Track bookings and leads generated through social media where measurable.
• Produce monthly performance reports.
• Analyse content performance and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in social media management and content creation.
• Proven experience growing business social media accounts.
• Strong videography and video editing skills.
• Confident filming content independently.
• Excellent knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Canva and CapCut.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and KPIs.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
• Creative, proactive and commercially minded.
• Experience in aesthetics, beauty, skincare or luxury brands is desirable.
• Must be able to travel to our London clinic for scheduled filming and content days.

Working Arrangements

• Hybrid position combining remote work with regular visits to our London clinic.
