What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the team and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
- Overseeing bar operations, stock, and service standards.
- Driving performance, training staff, improving our online reviews and keeping them shining.
- Rolling up your sleeves and getting involved in every part of the business.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in bar/venue management, ideally in a pub setting.
- A natural leader who’s cool under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for hospitality, people, and making an impact.
