Video Editor/Graphic Designer

Brand Kicks is a full-stack GTM partner for D2C brands. We work across brand strategy, branding, digital presence and performance marketing—in the right sequence, under one roof.
We’re looking for an AI Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our creative team.
This role is primarily focused on AI video creation and editing:

• 70% AI video generation and editing
• 30% graphic design and visual communication

You’ll work on real client projects across branding, performance marketing, social media and brand films.
What you’ll work on

• AI-generated video concepts and films
• Text-to-video and image-to-video content
• Reels, UGC edits and short-form performance videos
• Video editing, pacing, transitions, sound design and storytelling
• Social media and performance marketing creatives
• Brand identities, campaign visuals and pitch decks
• Creative assets for D2C brands and GTM campaigns

Tools you should know or be willing to learn
Kling, Seedance, VEO 3, Runway, Higgsfield, ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.
This role is for you if

• You can turn a brief or strategy into engaging video content.
• You have a strong eye for composition, pacing, typography and detail.
• You’re genuinely interested in AI filmmaking and emerging creative tools.
• You can create both brand-building and performance-focused content.
• You handle feedback constructively and improve your work quickly.
• You learn new tools and workflows fast.
• You can work in a fast-moving startup environment with real deadlines.

This is not a traditional graphic design role. If you’re primarily interested in static designs and have little interest in AI video generation or editing, this position may not be the right fit.
