Job Description

Growbro AI is looking for a versatile and creative professional skilled in video editing, graphic design, and motion graphics to create high-quality visual content for social media, digital marketing, advertisements, and brand communication.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, long-form videos, promotional videos, and advertisements.
• Design social media posts, banners, thumbnails, carousels, brochures, and marketing creatives.
• Create motion graphics, animated text, kinetic typography, logo animations, and visual effects.
• Develop engaging video ads, product demos, promotional animations, and brand videos.
• Add transitions, sound effects, subtitles, background music, and colour grading to videos.
• Create animated graphics and visual assets for marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content team to turn ideas and scripts into compelling visual content.
• Maintain brand consistency across videos, graphics, and other creative assets.
• Stay updated with social media trends, creative styles, AI tools, and emerging design techniques.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver quality work within deadlines.

Required Skills

• Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent tools.
• Motion Graphics: Adobe After Effects, animation, kinetic typography, and visual effects.
• Creative Skills: Storytelling, typography, colour theory, composition, transitions, and visual communication.
• Understanding of social media formats, advertising creatives, and short-form video trends.
• Ability to work across multiple creative formats, from static designs to animated videos.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating video editing, graphic design, and motion graphics skills.
