The Opportunity

We’re partnering with an established, well-funded international SaaS business providing AI-powered analytics and intelligence solutions to enterprise and public-sector organisations.

The company helps customers make better strategic decisions by transforming complex information into meaningful insights, improving operational visibility and supporting more effective stakeholder engagement.

They’re seeking a commercially driven Account Manager with a strong hunter mentality to win new customers while developing and retaining an established portfolio.

You’ll be selling a sophisticated, multi-module SaaS platform offering:

The Role

• 50% New Business: Prospect, develop pipeline and win new public-sector customers.
• 50% Account Management: Manage renewals, retention, upsell and cross-sell across an existing portfolio.
• Sell sophisticated AI and analytics SaaS solutions into government, public safety and wider public-sector organisations.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers and navigate complex procurement processes.
• Own revenue targets, forecasting and strategic account development.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven hunter-led Account Manager / Account Executive experience within B2B SaaS.
• Strong track record of new-logo acquisition alongside renewals and account expansion.
• Either: Experience selling SaaS into local government, public safety or the wider public sector.
• Or: Experience selling social listening, sentiment analysis, social media analytics or AI/data intelligence SaaS/PaaS platforms.
• Confident managing complex sales cycles and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, commercially ambitious and comfortable owning the full sales cycle.
