1. Job Summary

Actinium Softwares is looking for an experienced AI Engineer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in developing and deploying AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI systems.

The candidate will be responsible for building intelligent AI solutions, integrating advanced AI technologies, and developing scalable, production-ready applications to solve real-world business problems. This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates with strong technical and practical AI engineering skills.

1. Required Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python.

• Hands-on experience with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

• Strong knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Practical experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications.

• Experience developing AI agents and Agentic AI workflows.

• Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Deep Learning.

• Understanding of transformer models, prompt engineering, embeddings, and semantic search.

• Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.

• Familiarity with vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, or similar tools.

• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.

• Knowledge of REST APIs, Git, Docker, and AI model deployment.

• Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is an advantage.

1. Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI and Machine Learning models.

• Build Generative AI applications using LLMs such as GPT, Llama, or other suitable models.

• Develop and optimize RAG pipelines for document retrieval, knowledge management, and AI-powered question answering.

• Design and implement Agentic AI systems for intelligent automation and multi-step task execution.

• Develop NLP solutions for text classification, summarization, information extraction, and conversational AI.

• Apply Deep Learning and Machine Learning techniques to solve complex business problems.

• Integrate AI models with existing applications, APIs, and backend systems.

• Evaluate and optimize AI models for accuracy, performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Deploy and maintain production-ready AI applications.

• Collaborate with team members to develop innovative AI-based solutions.

1. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or AI Engineering.

• Demonstrated practical experience in LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, and Agentic AI.

• Strong understanding of NLP, Deep Learning, and Machine Learning concepts.

• Experience building and deploying real-world AI applications.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fully remote environment.
