Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

1. Overall Experience: Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in software development, AI/ML engineering, solution development, or enterprise application integration.
2. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI): Hands-on experience with OCI services, particularly OCI Generative AI Service and its integration with enterprise applications.
3. Generative AI & LLMs: Practical experience developing AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and Generative AI techniques.
4. RAG Architecture: Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), knowledge retrieval, document processing, and enterprise AI search solutions.
5. Agentic AI: Understanding or practical experience building AI agents, agent workflows, tool calling, and AI-powered automation.
6. Programming Skills: Strong hands-on experience in Python for AI development, automation, and integration.
7. APIs & Integration: Experience working with REST APIs, API integrations, and connecting AI solutions with enterprise applications.
8. SQL & Data Handling: Working knowledge of SQL, data processing, and handling structured and unstructured data for AI applications.
9. Oracle Ecosystem: Experience with Oracle Cloud, Oracle enterprise applications, or Oracle integration technologies is required.
10. AI Application Development: Ability to develop, test, debug, integrate, and deploy AI-powered applications in enterprise environments.
11. Security & Responsible AI: Understanding of data privacy, secure API integration, access controls, and responsible AI practices.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio.
• Exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, including Financials or Supply Chain Management (SCM).
• Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face, or similar AI frameworks.
• Experience with embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and multi-agent systems.
• Exposure to OCI Functions, API Gateway, OCI Data Science, and Autonomous Database.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, Visual Builder, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), or Oracle Redwood technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Exposure to enterprise AI governance, monitoring, and production deployment.

Candidate Screening Criteria

Candidates must demonstrate:

• 4+ years of relevant development experience.
• Practical experience with Python and Generative AI/LLM-based applications.
• Hands-on experience with OCI Generative AI or relevant OCI AI services.
• Experience with RAG, prompt engineering, and enterprise AI integrations.
• REST API integration and SQL/data-handling capabilities.
• Ability to develop and deploy AI applications for enterprise use cases.

Priority: Candidates with hands-on OCI Generative AI, Python, RAG, and enterprise application integration experience will be preferred. Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio experience is an advantage.
