About The Opportunity A fast-scaling digital innovation lab in the SaaS and AI-powered content tech space, we build next-gen visual storytelling experiences for global brands—turning data, scripts, and brand guidelines into scroll-stopping, performance-driven video assets at scale. Our remote-first team combines motion design, AI tooling, and agile production to ship high-impact video content across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and product demo ecosystems.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and animate engaging short-form and long-form video content aligned with brand voice, platform specs, and performance KPIs.
  • Transform scripts, storyboards, and marketing briefs into visually compelling motion graphics, kinetic typography, and explainer videos.
  • Optimize video assets for social platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts) with platform-native formatting and CTAs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and AI tooling teams to integrate generative AI assets (e.g., AI avatars, voiceovers, background scenes) into final outputs.
  • Maintain brand consistency across video libraries using style guides, templates, and reusable assets.
  • Manage versioning, file organization, and delivery timelines across cross-functional remote teams using tools like Frame.io, Asana, or Notion.

  • Adobe After Effects
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Media Composer
  • Canva Pro
  • CapCut
  • Frame.io
  • AI video tools (Runway ML, Pictory, Synthesia)

  • Platform-specific video specs (Reels, Shorts, TikTok)

  • Preferred

  • Experience with AI-generated assets (avatars, voice cloning, scene generation)
  • Knowledge of motion design principles (timing, easing, hierarchy)
  • Familiarity with Lottie or SVG animations for web/app integration
