Structural Engineer 3+ years design experience

Responsibilities:

• Prepare structural calculations and drawings for projects of all material types and sizes
• Work closely and build relationships with architects, contractors, clients, and other engineers
• Manage your own projects and work as part of a team on other projects
• Be mentored by more experienced engineers and mentor younger engineers as the company grows

Position requirements:

• BS or MS degree in civil engineering with structural emphasis from an ABET accredited program
• 3+ years of structural engineering experience on relevant building projects
• Proficiency in common structural engineering and office tools including RISA, EnerCalc or similar, Excel, Bluebeam
• Working knowledge with IBC required, CBC preferred

Other qualifications that are beneficial:

• PE licensure
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, ADAPT, RAM
• Hands-on construction experience
