Job Description
Job summary
We are looking for a motivated Junior AWS DevOps Engineer with basic knowledge of AWS cloud services, Linux, scripting, version control, and CI/CD tools. The candidate will assist in deploying applications, automating routine tasks, and maintaining cloud infrastructure under the guidance of senior engineers.
Roles and responsibilities
- Learn and work with AWS services such as EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, and ELB.
- Perform basic Linux administration and troubleshooting.
- Use Git and GitHub for source code management.
- Assist in creating CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
- Understand Docker containers and container image management.
- Write basic Bash or Python scripts to automate repetitive tasks.
- Monitor application logs, server health, and resource utilization.
- Assist with infrastructure provisioning using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
- Follow cloud security best practices and access-control policies.
- Support deployment, incident resolution, and documentation.Role & responsibilities
