What you’ll do

• Examine structured inpatient data and clinical notes across admissions and discharge workflows

• Use written review guidelines to determine whether clinical claims match the evidence documented in the chart

• Evaluate histories, medication reconciliation, assessments and plans for accuracy and completeness

• Provide clear feedback on clinical accuracy and consistency, including dosing and medication interaction gaps

Who this is for

• MD or DO with either board certification in Internal Medicine or a designation for a focused practice in hospital medicine

• At least five years working as a hospitalist, with inpatient hospitalist practice now or during the preceding two years

• Fluent in English

• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
