HIRING — ARABIC-SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE & SALES
We are looking for a well-spoken, patient and responsible Arabic-speaking girl to manage our WhatsApp customer service and online orders.
- Fluent Arabic & English — speaking and writing
- Must be available to respond to WhatsApp messages promptly and consistently
- Patient, polite and well-spoken with customers
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Able to create shipping documents online and manage basic order details
- Comfortable handling customer enquiries, orders and follow-ups
- Responsible, organised and able to work independently from home
- Must attend events/pop-ups + assist at photo shoot when required
- Fashion knowledge or experience is a strong advantage
- Previous experience in fashion, retail, sales or customer service is a plus ## Desired Candidate Profile Someone friendly, reliable and confident who can represent the brand professionally and build a good relationship with customers.
Salary: AED 2,000 + commission
Location: Work from home + events when required
