AI/ML Engineer – Agentic AI | 8 yrs experience

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Agentic AI, Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), and multi-agent orchestration.

The ideal candidate should have experience designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining production-grade AI agents and enterprise AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop autonomous AI agents capable of planning, reasoning, decision-making, and executing multi-step tasks.
• Build multi-agent workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
• Develop scalable Python services and APIs using FastAPI.
• Implement tool calling, function calling, agent memory, and state management.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using embeddings and vector databases.
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications, external APIs, and data sources.
• Implement agent evaluation, monitoring, security controls, and guardrails.
• Deploy and maintain AI applications using cloud services, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver production-ready Agentic AI solutions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall IT/software engineering experience.
• Strong production-level Python programming experience.
• Hands-on experience building Agentic AI applications.
• Experience with LangGraph or equivalent agent orchestration frameworks.
• Strong understanding of ReAct, planning, multi-agent systems, and tool-augmented agents.
• Experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Experience with FastAPI, REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and concurrency.
• Knowledge of agent evaluation, observability, guardrails, and secure AI development.
• Experience deploying AI/ML applications in production.

Preferred Skills

• Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, or equivalent cloud AI services.
• Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures.
• CI/CD, LLMOps, and AI application monitoring.
• Enterprise AI integration and workflow automation.

Work Arrangement

This is a remote contractual opportunity for candidates based in India.

Selected candidates must be willing to attend mandatory office visits for laptop collection and verification at one of the designated locations: Noida, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, or Hyderabad. The visit requirement is 2+2 days.

Background verification is mandatory as applicable to the engagement.
