AI Engineer Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement AI-enabled experiences, including conversational and voice AI solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and platforms.
• Monitor and optimize AI system performance to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Assist in managing AI initiatives by setting objectives, guiding technical teams, and supporting project execution.
• Support deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of AI tools while maintaining data security and privacy standards.

AI Engineer Qualifications :

• Proven experience in developing and deploying conversational AI and voice automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of AI platform configuration, integration, and performance tuning.
• Ability to analyze requirements and propose effective AI-based solutions.
• Familiarity with data governance, security practices, and maintaining operational stability in AI systems.
• Excellent collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
